In order to access the different models in our collection and view our product catalog, you need to create an account. How to do a online order ?
For place an order online, you have to connect in a first time.
You are not registered ? Create your account (see above : How to create a account?)
Your are already registered ? You just have to connect with your user identification : email and password.
Once connected, select the piece you want, the number of packages you want, then click on “add to cart”. After completing your shopping list, check the different information of your order and confirm your order.
For finalize your order, choose your way of delevery and your means of checkout. According to your choice, you will be redirected to a secure web page of the CIC bank or Paypal.
In case you have request a quotation, our advisor will contact you for proceed to the payment by bank transfer.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

2- We organize the transfert : in that case, proceed to a quote request and our advisor will contact you for organize the transfert and proceed to the payment with you.

You can checkout your order by credit card via CIC “Monético” platform, a Paypal account or a transfert bank if you have request a quotation.
How to receive a quotation ?
Go to your cart and click on “update the quotation”. Fill fields requested and click on “save and send you quotation”. Then, you could download directly your quotation by clicking on “click there to download your quote in pdf format” or wait and you will receive an confirmation email with your quote in pdf.
What should I do if I have received a defective product?
Have you received a defective product? We invite you to tell us about your problem by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying your order number in the subject line.
