For place an order online, you have to connect in a first time.
You are not registered ? Create your account (see above : How to create a account?)

In case you have request a quotation, our advisor will contact you for proceed to the payment by bank transfer.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

How to receive a quotation ?
Go to your cart and click on “update the quotation”. Fill fields requested and click on “save and send you quotation”. Then, you could download directly your quotation by clicking on “click there to download your quote in pdf format” or wait and you will receive an confirmation email with your quote in pdf.
What should I do if I have received a defective product?

Upon reception of your email, we will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible and find a solution. In the event of an exchange or refund, we will guide you to return the defective product.
